Professor Robert Murrett Explains New Expectations and Demands for GIS

Robert B. Murrett, former director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and current  professor at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, spoke to the dynamic changes that are creating greater demands for GIS as well as raising expectations at the Esri International User Conference this past Sunday.  The talk focused on the tremendous opportunity of GIS given the problems that we face.
