Ashwin Parulkar ’08 MFA/’09 MA IR Writes on Starvation Deaths in India for the Wall Street Journal

Ashwin Parulkar has been in India since July 2011 working for the Centre for Equity Studies, a New Delhi think tank that researches starvation deaths in India and advocates for food policy reforms.  He writes on hunger and the right to food.  A series of articles he wrote based on his field experiences on assessing government responses to starvation deaths recently ran in the Wall Street Journal.
