Lloyd Purdy is currently Director of Oregon City’s downtown development program, MSOC Inc. He leads the public/private partnership tasked with revitalizing a 166 year-old downtown (the oldest west of the Rocky Mountains) into a modern marketplace. He earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School in 2006, and also holds a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Lloyd earned a B.S. in Food & Resource Economics and B.S. in Agricultural Communications both from the University of Florida.
