Selina Carter ’12 MPA/IR, ’13 MA (Econ) analyzes telecommunications and childhood health in Mozambique

alum-news-buttonCarter currently works as a research analyst for Jameel Selina.CarterPoverty Action Lab, or J-PAL, in Nambula, Mozambique. As part of a diverse network of analysts investigating policy-related research questions across the globe, Carter leads a term of surveyors to evaluate mobile communication and  the health of rural children. Prior to joining J-Pal, spent two years in Ankara, Turkey completing a Boren Fellowship to study Turkish, later working as financial director at the Turkish Grameen Microfinance Program.
