Rosemary O’Leary ’88 PhD PA awarded the Dwight Waldo Award

Rosemary O’Leary, Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Public and International Affairs and former Phanstiel Chair, has been awarded the Dwight Waldo Award, given by the American Society for Public Administration for “persons who have made outstanding contributions to the professional literature of public administration over an extended career.” To be eligible a nominee must have a minimum of 25 years of active scholarship that has furthered the discipline of public administration.
