Jacqueline Ulman has been appointed to the National Aquarium Board of Directors. The National Aquarium is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to inspire conservation of the world’s aquatic treasures.
For the past 16 years Ulman has been working in IBM’S Public Sector Consulting division. She has had the opportunity of working with clients such as: FEMA, the Social Security Administration and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Most recently, she has served as an IBM subcontracts manager for a Transportation Security Administration project.
Ulman is a ’97 MPA graduate from the Maxwell School. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she met her husband, Howard County Executive Ken
She currently resides in Howard County, Maryland with her two daughters and husband.
