Joanna Geraghty ’97 MAIR/JD is the executive vice president of customer experience with JetBlue

In this role, Geraghty oversees the company’s 12,000 inflight crew members, airport, and customer support teams. Geraghty first joined JetBlue in 2005 as director of litigation and regulatory counsel, later moving into the position of vice president of associate general counsel in 2006. Most recently, she was JetBlue’s executive vice president and chief officer leading the company’s human resources.
