Carole Cimitile PhD ’98 and MPA ’89 just returned to the U.S. Government Accountability Office as a senior analyst in the Strategic Issues team. She will work on issues related to the Government Performance and Results Act Modernization Act (GPRAMA).
Prior to her work at the U.S. Government Accountability office, Cimitile served as a specialist master for Deloitte Consulting. As a specialist master, she was responsible for assisting clients with evaluation of federal programs. Along with, developing effective performance management practices and related activities. Some of her other responsibilities included working on provision of change management strategies; as well as talent, performance and rewards consulting services.
In 2006, Cimitile worked for BearingPoint Consulting as their business advisor. BearingPoint Consulting delivers IT and business consulting with a difference. They drive change in their clients’ businesses by creating customized solutions on a personal basis.
Cimitile earned a bachelor of science in public policy from Cornell University. She later went on to receive her MPA from the Maxwell School. In 1998, she achieved a PhD in public administration from the Maxwell School.
