Stan Kontogiannis is the regional major gifts officer for Boys Town, a national leader in the care and treatment of children since its founding more than 90 years ago. Boys Town is one of the largest nonprofit, nonsectarian child and family care organizations in the country, it provides compassionate, research-proven treatment for behavioral, emotional and physical problems.
In addition to his work at Boys Town, Kontogiannis serves as the corporate and foundation relations officer for Eastern Connecticut Health Network. In his role there he is responsible for working with the Foundation Board of Trustees, senior hospital administrators, committees and community partners to promote both corporate and individual philanthropies to benefit the hospital. As well as coordinating with hospital departments to submit private, state and federal grants.
Kontogiannis graduated from the Maxwell School in 1993 with a master of arts in international relations.
