Donald Moynihan ’98 MPA/’02 PhD PA writes opinion piece on policy schools

Donald Moynihan, a professor of public affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, wrote an opinion piece for the Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management on gathering as a community to argue for the value of public policy schools.

Moynihan graduated from the Maxwell School in 1998 with a master’s degree in public administration. In 2002 he came back to the Maxwell School to obtain his PhD in public administration.
