Gregory Reger was recently made an associate process improvement analyst at Denver’s Peak Academy for the City and County of Denver. Prior to his position as associate process improvement analyst, Reger served as a staff process improvement analyst for the City and County of Denver. In his role, Reger co-facilitated seven process improvement events, annually trained 227 participants in 14 week-long periods, and created an eight-year strategic growth plan for the Peak Academy. In addition to acting as internal lean consultant to Denver’s Department of Finance.
Reger graduated from the Maxwell School in 2012 with a master’s degree in public administration.
