Michael Masse was recently elected to the Public Policy Institute of New York State board of trustees. The Public Policy Institute is the research arm of The Business Council of New York State. It a valuable resource for policymakers, the media, The Business Council and others.
Masse is currently the senior vice president of HSBC Bank USA, where he is responsible for leading the bank’s Washington, D.C. based government and institutional banking team.
In addition to his position at HSBC Bank USA, Masse serves as a trustee of the New York State Teachers’ Pension System and a board member of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington, D.C.
Masse graduated from the Maxwell School in 2000 with a master’s degree in public administration. He holds a bachelor of science from Rochester Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in business administration from Rider University.
