Mohammad Khan ’74 MPA retires from the University of Dhaka as professor of public administration

KhanMohammad Khan has retired from the University of Dhaka as professor of public administration in June 2014 after serving there for 44 years. He was chairman of the department for three years and member of University Senate for 12 years.

Khan has been a member of University Grants Commission of Bangladesh since November 2011. He was earlier member of Bangladesh Public Service Commission, a constitutional body, for five years from 1999-2004.

Khan received his master’s degree in public administration from the Maxwell School in 1974. He later obtained a doctorate in public administration from the University of Southern California in 1976.
