Trevor Hublin is the director of the office of democracy and governance in the U.S. Agency for International Development. Hublin had been working for USAID for five years and in a variety of roles before this placement. He provided humanitarian assistance as a field program officer in Afghanistan, before assuming a managing role over those operations. Hublin also brings experience as a deputy director of USAID’s Sri Lankan activities to his new position in their Ethiopian office.
Hublin graduated from the Maxwell School in 2008 with a master’s degree in international relations.
