Vicki Mak-Romo is an energy economist for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), an agency of the U.S. Department of Energy. The FERC regulates the interstate sale of natural gas, electricity, and oversees the licensing of non-federal hydroelectric dams. Mak-Romo joined FERC after completing a master’s degree in energy economics at Rice University. She also recently married fellow Maxwell alumnus Jeremy Mak (’13 MAIR).
